01 What do you work on?

We work on everything in your commercial kitchen except Refrigeration and Exhaust Hoods. For example, we work on grills, warmers, ovens, rotisseries, dish machines, most manufacturers.
02 Do you work on commercial equipment in residential locations?

No, we are only licensed and insured to work in commercial settings. If it is a smaller commercial unit that can be picked up you can bring here to our shop for service on commercial equipment.
03 What hours are available for service?

We have standard hours of Monday thru Friday of 8 am to 4:30 pm at our regular rates. But for after hours or weekends we do offer emergency on-call hours and Holiday Service hours, just by calling our main number and requesting the on-call technician to call you back. When he returns your call, he can let you know how soon he can be there and what the rate will be for emergency service.
