About Us...
Northeast has been servicing the tri-city area for over 35 years. A service team with over 150 years of combined experience. We have eight manned service trucks stocked and ready to handle emergencies. One trip charge for service, if we do not have a part or have to return by our own doing you only pay one trip charge. We have reasonable labor rates. We also have a manned shop to repair carry-in equipment. Our stock room is full of everyday parts for restaurant cooking equipment and dishwashing needs. Part locator service we can find parts that may not be available elsewhere. We also will answer questions about problems your having with equipment over the phone. If you need answers we are here to help. Our parts and service team are very experienced not just a person taking a call. Bottom line if you need service backed by a service company that cares you need Northeast.
Services
We service commercial kitchen equipment in Restaurants, cafeterias and commercial settings. We service most manufacturers including Baxter, Globe, Champion, Cleveland, Baker's Pride and many more. Our service hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 430 with overtime hours available.
Parts
We have in stock a sizable and a varied array of parts for your commercial kitchen. We also stock T&S brass faucet options. We offer Parts Locater service for those extremely hard to find parts.
